This section is designed to help you do the projects that we've created by simply downloading a PDF or JPEG file and printing on your color printer. I use white double sided brochure paper in a matte finish from Staples (www.staples.com), but you might want to try different styles and weights to achieve the design you want.

The PDF filse contained on this page requires the program Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the files. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may download it by clicking here then following the instructions on the Adobe website.

These papers produce well at 81/2 x 11, or you can reformat them in Photoshop to fit any size printer you like. Use papers to band packages, wrap paint cans, or wrap small boxes and candy bars. Use the scraps to create gift tags and cards like the snowman card pictured in HOLIDAY with Matthew Mead.

These are great decorative tags on all types of gifts. Add a name and adhere to a package with double stick tape or print right on sticky paper and cut out. Cut and punch wholes in several dozen and you have a colorful garland for a window or fireplace.

A fun, versatile, pick-me-up for the many days of the holiday season. Fill with wrapped candies, cordials, or mint lentils and little toys.

Check out the CREATE section of the magazine for the complete "how-to" for the countdown wreath and the other great wreath projects we feature.

The TASTE chapter of the magazine has a delicious recipe for all butter pound cake. Try the recipe and download this label to help finish the look for the gift. Also, review our "how-to" video on the site and follow right along as we wrap up our cakes for giving this holiday season... Secret Source... the brown and pink polka dot ribbon came from Michael's.

Print this picture and cut out the dove as a template to make your own. We use Canson art paper from the craft store. Add a paper wing with an additional cut out and emboss with a craft stylus. Make a dozen and hang on a tree or twig, add a name to embellish gift bags, presents or table settings.

Download and print these designs and enlarge to the size of your cupcake or cake. Follow the directions in our style notes section under the "GATHER" chapter for exactly how to create these intricate stencils.
