Chocolate wafer cookies are so tasty and versatile.  Make up these mini whoopie pie sandwich cookies in minutes.

A special dessert for you Valentine doesn’t have to be complicated.  Use pre-made crepe sheets found in the produce section of the grocery store.  Fill with chocolate or white chocolate mousse (Dr. Oteker has a packaged variety that will suite very nicely for this).  Fill and roll crepe and serve with whipped cream, fresh berries and a fruit or chocolate sauce.  Very delicious.

I love gathering friends together.  And with the long cold winter, Valentines Day is a perfect occasion.  Here is an easy and delicious punch that will help get your party going… you decide the amounts of each ingredient.

There is nothing like a fresh chocolate covered cherry that you make yourself.  With melted chocolate and cherries it couldn’t be easier.  Good Luck.
